Therapy for overthinkers
Therapy for those who feel everything
Nebula Psychotherapy provides somatic therapy in a neurodivergent-affirming approach to mental health, focusing on those who believe they are overthinkers or are too self-aware and those who are sensitive or feel everything intensely.
Therapy for those who believe they are so self-aware of their problems, but still feel like something is missing, like joy or happiness.
Therapy for those who feel intensely, are highly sensitive, or feel like they break down too easily. It feels like the world is too much (or you are too much) and wish you were different.
Offering virtual session throughout the states of Colorado and Tennessee.
The mission of Nebula is to create a sensory informed, identity affirming, and validating space to openly explore the somatic experiences of the whole self with a neurodivergent-affirming lens.
This therapy is for those that have already participated in talk therapy. Perhaps felt that talk therapy is not for you or that you are different from others and talk therapy is not effective. Perhaps you feel you have talked about the same life areas to exhaustion, but yet feel there is still something missing. In this therapy, you will need to be prepared to break molds of what therapy should look like and open up to an alternative way for healing. This is harder said than done, but a life fulfilled is possible.
If you are looking for something alternative to talk therapy, this is the therapy for you. It involves mindfulness, or mindful awareness of your being. It asks you to be curious about different channels of human experience including visual/image representations, tracking sensations that literally happen within the body, and allowing meaning to change as a result of your processing.
You will find the page I may be a therapist for you, if you... on this website. As you read the different types of people I work well with and if you find yourself resonating with these descriptions, I hope you will consider a consultation.
