In between sessions, I spend time thinking, reflecting, applying theory, conceptualizing, planning, learning, and finding approach.
I am a therapy nerd who thrives of constant learning, especially as I meet someone new that opens insight into a new theory, intervention, or discipline. I learn best with contextualization, so as I learn new people, I also learn new ideas in therapy. I am honest about this, as it creates a collaborative relationship.
